Once you have placed an order we will send you confirmation of your order by email. Goods will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order.
Stock availability
We do endeavour to hold all stock at all times. In some cases an item may prove to be extremely popular and we may have temporarily sold out. If stock is not available for any reason, we will give you an expected delivery date.
Prices
All our prices include VAT at 17.5% and all prices are displayed in UK pound sterling. The delivery charge of £4.95 is not included in this price. Free delivery for all orders over £50.
UK Delivery
Our packages are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded delivery. A signature may be required for your order. Please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery. If your parcel requires a signature and there is no-one available to sign for it, a card will be left.
Overseas Delivery
